This hotel is located in main area highway reception is good and infra is also good but maitneance is horrible, mosquitos are high and no mosquito repellemt kept after after sleep diaturbed by midnight ask them tonorovide then they provided, heater switched half after 1 am automatically. Maitennace care and comfort for sleep is to be done

Dear mmt, i am writing this email to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of service i received from your establishment of hotel vintage, zirakpur. I believe it is essential for you to be aware of the negative experience i had as a customer, and i hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in your future interactions. I visited from the moment, i encountered a series of incidents that left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. It is disheartening to see a company with a reputation like yours failing to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. Firstly, the staff members who attended me displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy his name was mr. Gaurav. Their behavior was dismissive and condescending, and they made no effort to assist me with my queries or concerns. When i requested clarification on certain matters, i was met with impatience and an overall unwillingness to help. Such behavior is not only unbecoming but also detrimental to your business. Moreover, the quality of service provided was severely lacking. It is highly frustrating to invest in a product or service, only to receive sub-par quality and encounter unhelpful and indifferent staff members. As a customer, i expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. It is disappointing to see these fundamental values neglected within your organization. Businesses thrive when they prioritize customer satisfaction, and it is evident that this is an area in which your establishment has fallen short.
